By accessing or using OcheMaster ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OcheMaster is a mobile application that analyzes dart throwing technique using video analysis and provides biomechanics feedback. The App is designed for educational and training purposes.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Use the App to transmit malware or other harmful code

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OcheMaster and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any videos you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the analysis provided will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OCHEMASTER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Not Professional Advice

The analysis and feedback provided by the App is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional coaching advice. Always consult with a qualified coach for personalized training guidance.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OcheMaster operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
